- Have a leak? We will come out and determine where and why your roof is leaking, whether storm damage, age, or installer error.
- Bad storms? We will assess storm damage by checking roof over for hail or wind damage and present you with a detailed description of needed repairs or roof replacement cost.
- Insurance paperwork too confusing or its your first time dealing with them? We can assist you with understanding your claim and show/walk you through step by step what each page means.
- Just want a new and improved roof? No problem! We will come out and measure your roof and give you an awesome packet with all the information you need on the products we trust and use. We also provide you with all of our licensing information, letters of recommendation, and the estimate.
Service Call
30 minutes and up • Min $50 depends on size and pitch of roof
- Minor repairs, sealing chimneys, small patch-ins, etc…
- Any repair we do will have a service charge added to the invoice.
Emergency Tarp-in
1 hour and up • Min $250 depending on size and pitch of roof
- Needed if you have severe damage to your roof, (i.e. tree limb fell through the roof, tornado damage, roof cave-in, etc…)
- Emergency Tarp-ins are typically covered by insurance.
Roof Inspections
30 minutes and up • $100
- Inspect your roof for any damage, needed repairs, or age and determine if a new roof system is needed
- Price includes providing paperwork for relators or home inspectors.
- Typically needed when buying or selling a home.
- Highly recommended to have a licensed roofer inspect the roof on any home you intend to purchase.
Roof Cleaning
30 minutes and up • minimum of $50 depending on size and pitch of roof.
- Clean your roof and gutters of any debris (ie leaves, limbs, dirt, pine needles…
- Any debris piled up on your roof is a killer and forces water to back up under the shingles, causing leaks and potentially damaged decking, rafters, etc…
- Typically a great service for landlords, elderly, or disabled individuals.
- Recommended twice a year.
Chimney Work
30 minutes and up • free estimate
- Repair work on step flashing, counter flashing…
- Will custom bend painted metal to give your chimney a finished, professional look.
- Removal of unused or unwanted chimney, by knocking it down below the roof line (decking) and patching the deck and shingles back over.
- Installation of cricket to help divert water around the sides in order to prevent leaking.
- Install Ice and Water Shield along the decking and up the sides of the brick to add an extra layer of protection.
